AI Training & Workshops
Our AI training gives your team the confidence to use the tools you have invested in. Sessions are built around the work they do every day, so people leave having applied AI to a real task rather than watching a demonstration.

Overview
Training turns AI tools into everyday habits. When someone succeeds at a real task with experienced help beside them, the approach sticks, and they carry it into the rest of their work. That is why our sessions are built entirely around what your team already does.
Attendees bring a task from their own role and we work through applying AI to it during the session. Marketing teams focus on content and campaign work. Finance and operations look at reporting and data handling. Developers explore coding assistants and how to get the best from them. Everyone leaves with something they have built themselves.
We deliver these for teams across the UK, on site or remotely. Half a day suits an introduction for a mixed group and a full day works well when people are building their own assistants. We keep groups to twelve or fewer so everyone gets proper attention.
The subject that repays the investment fastest is almost always prompt writing. It is a straightforward skill to teach and it improves the output of every AI tool your business uses, which makes it a sensible place to start.
What’s included
Built Around Your Own Work
Sessions built around the work your team actually does. Everyone brings a real task and leaves having applied AI to part of it.
Prompt Writing That Delivers
The skill that improves every AI tool your business uses. Clear, well-structured prompts produce markedly better results, and it is entirely teachable.
Tailored by Department
Marketing, finance, operations and technical teams each receive content matched to their role and their tools, so the time is well spent for everyone in the room.
Building Your Own Tools
Your team learns to build their own assistants for the jobs specific to their department, which gives them capability that keeps paying back.
Ongoing Support Included
A follow-up session is included, and further sessions are available as your team progresses and the technology develops.
How we deliver
Our AI Training & Workshops Process
Step 1: Understand the Team's Work
We find out what your people spend their time on and which tools you already have, so the session focuses on where AI will help them most.
Step 2: Build the Session Content
Materials are built around your real tasks and your actual systems, and attendees are asked to bring a job they would like to speed up.
Step 3: Deliver the Workshop
Hands on from the start. People work through their own examples with help available throughout, which is what makes the learning stick.
Step 4: Follow Up and Reinforce
A follow-up session a few weeks later addresses what people have found most challenging once they have been applying it in their own work.

Client work
Workshops we have run
We have run AI training workshops for teams at Ely Design Group, an architectural practice, along with Garden Wonders and Greens Removals. Three quite different businesses doing three quite different jobs, which is exactly why the sessions are built around the work in front of each team rather than a standard curriculum. An architect and a removals planner want different things from the same technology, and the part of the day that pays off is the hour where each person applies it to something they will do again next week.

Questions
AI Training & Workshops FAQs
What does AI training cost?
A half-day session for up to twelve people starts at £850, which works out at under £75 per head and includes materials and a follow-up session. Full days and multi-session programmes are quoted on scope. We price per session rather than per person, so larger groups represent better value.
What technical level do people need?
None at all. We match the content to the room. A session for a finance team assumes no technical background and focuses on their tools, while a session for developers goes considerably deeper.
How long should a session be?
Half a day gets a team usefully productive and suits an introduction well. A full day works where the goal is building custom assistants. Beyond that we recommend several shorter sessions spaced apart, because people learn more when they have time to apply things in between.
What support comes afterwards?
A follow-up session is included with every workshop, which is where we address whatever people have found trickiest once they have been applying it. If more support would help, we are glad to arrange it.
Do you provide ongoing training?
Yes. AI capabilities develop quickly and most clients book a refresher every six months or so. Some keep us on a retainer so their team has somewhere to bring questions as they come up.
