Overview

We develop CRM systems, field service management tools, booking platforms, internal dashboards and the integration layers that connect existing software together. The stack is typically PHP, Python, React and WordPress, chosen around the systems you already run and what your team will be comfortable maintaining afterwards.

AI-assisted development changes the economics of building bespoke software. The repetitive coding that used to absorb a large share of any project is now handled quickly, which frees our developers to concentrate on architecture, edge cases and testing. For you that means a shorter build with more of the budget directed at the decisions that determine whether the software works well.

We also handle what happens once a system is under real load. On a national expert witness directory we rebuilt the search with a custom REST endpoint and FULLTEXT indexing after the original plugin queries began placing heavy demand on the server. Performance work of that kind is usually an architecture question rather than a hosting one, and it is worth having a developer who can tell the difference.

Larger projects are delivered in phases, so you see working software early and can shape the direction as it takes form. We work with businesses across the UK, and everything we build transfers to you completely on completion, including the code, the schema, the documentation and the deployment scripts.

What’s included
01

Built Around Your Process

We design the software around how your business already operates, so your team works the way that suits them and the system supports it.

02

AI-Assisted Development

AI handles the repetitive coding while our developers concentrate on architecture, business logic and testing. You benefit from a shorter build with more of the budget spent where it matters.

03

A Full Range of Applications

CRM systems, field service management, booking platforms, internal dashboards and the integration layers that connect your existing software together.

04

Complete Ownership on Handover

Code, database schema, documentation and deployment scripts all transfer to you on completion, along with documentation written for whoever maintains it next.

How we deliver

Our Custom AI Development Process

01

Step 1: Requirements and Scope

We work through what the software needs to do and agree the scope precisely, because a clearly bounded first phase is what keeps a custom build on time and on budget.

02

Step 2: Architecture and Design

The data model, integrations and interface are designed and presented for your approval before development begins.

03

Step 3: First Release

We build the smallest genuinely useful version first and put it in front of your team early, so you can respond to working software rather than a specification.

04

Step 4: Iterate on Real Use

Real use always shapes the requirements. We plan the following phases around what your team learns from using it.

05

Step 5: Handover and Support

You receive the code, documentation and training, then decide whether we continue with support or your own team takes it forward.

Client work

A custom CRM, FSM and delivery system

We built Charterhouse Mobility a custom CRM alongside their field service management and delivery systems, combining our own development work with AI models where they earned their place. The system handles telesales management and feeds offline conversions back into Google Ads, so their advertising optimises against actual sales rather than form submissions. Connecting the sales floor to the ad account is the sort of join that only becomes possible once the software is built around how the business genuinely operates.

Questions

Custom AI Development FAQs

What does custom development cost?

A scoped first release starts at £4,000, which represents around six days of work at £670 per day. Larger builds are delivered in phases, so you see working software early and can review the direction at the end of each stage.

How long does a build take?

A focused first release is usually four to eight weeks. A full CRM or field service system typically runs three to six months, delivered in phases so you have something usable well before the end.

Do we own the software?

Yes, completely. The code, database schema, documentation and deployment scripts all transfer to you on completion and final payment, and we will hand them to another developer whenever you ask.

Will it still suit us as we grow?

We design for the scale you expect to reach in three years rather than the one you are at today, which is why the architecture stage comes before any code is written. That planning is what allows the system to grow with you.
